RETURN OF GOODS

The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods to Pescalcolta.
Pescalopportunity will reimburse the customer for the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs, even if free at the time of the order (€10), within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal by transferring the amount charged to the credit card. The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts,…);
Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
In the cases indicated above, Pescalcolta will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs (10€)
